The Ultimate Guide to Purification and getting your Energy back!
The purification system that I use takes just 3 weeks to boost the elimination of natural toxins from your body. As these toxins leave, people report feeling lighter and more energetic along with experiencing better sleep and weight loss! This self-directed purification can be accomplished over time with step-by-step instructions that will be outlined here in the Purification Corner
Step nine:
Add cherries and berries to your everyday diet
Cherries, strawberries, raspberries, and all berries are full of anti-oxidants which are used by every cell in the body.
Anti-oxidants are used in the liver to detox natural waste products from the system. Berries also typically contain large amounts of fiber which aids in digestion and keep elimination regular and comfortable. These fruits are high in vitamin C which is good for the skin and fighting colds/flus. But, the best factor is how easy they are to take to work and eat on the run. Just pack them in a bowl with a lid, wash them and enjoy!
Additionally, 1 cup of fresh cherries contains:
- Calories: 97.
- Protein: 2 grams.
- Carbs: 25 grams.
- Fiber: 3 grams.
- Vitamin C: 18% of the Daily Value (DV)
- Potassium: 10% of the DV.
- Copper: 5% of the DV.
- Manganese: 5% of the DV.
Step Ten:
Reduce caffeine.
There are always mixed messages about coffee and caffeine. So, referring to Mayo Clinic and their research, one cup of coffee each day is good for you. Each serving has about 200-400 mg of caffeine. It acts as a stimulant, helps move the bowel, contains anti-oxidants and bioflavanoids, very healthy.
More than ~300 mg of caffeine is bad for you. Higher amounts of caffeine can lead to anxiety, heartburn/upset stomach, muscle tremors and other side effects.
So, limiting soda, and coffee and drinking low caffeine beverages such as green tea instead will benefit your health significantly. Green tea typically has 25-40 mg of caffeine per serving, so a much healthier choice overall. And it contains numerous bioflavonoids which assist the entire body in numerous functions (read more here).
