Raspberry Shake

Ingredients
1/4 cup each of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup water, unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
- Optional: handful of nuts, or powdered protein
Instructions
- If using nuts or seeds, blend first using grind button or coffee grinder.
- To make a frosty, thick smoothie, use frozen fruit and less water
- Blend all the ingredients together thoroughly until the shake reaches the desired consistency.
- Enjoy. If you need to keep any, refrigerate and drink within 12-24 hours.
