The Ultimate Guide to Purification and getting your Energy back!
The purification system that I use takes just 3 weeks to boost the elimination of natural toxins from your body. As these toxins leave, people report feeling lighter and more energetic along with experiencing better sleep and weight loss!
This self-directed purification can be accomplished over time with step-by-step instructions that will be outlined here in the Purification Corner every month! By changing slowly, you can make small steps to big changes in your health!
Step five:
Add kale to your everyday diet
Kale is one of the superfoods. Per calorie, it is the food highest in nutrition. At only 36 calories per cup it provides 10x the USRDA of vitamin K
98% of vitamin A,
71% of vitamin C,
large amounts of manganese, copper, vitamin B, fiber, and small amounts of calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin E, vitamin B, protein and Omega-3. Researches can now identify over 45 different flavonoids in kale. With kaempferol and quercetin heading the list, kale’s flavonoids combine both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits in a way that gives kale a leading dietary role with respect to avoidance of chronic inflammation and oxidative stress.
In other words, it helps fight disease.
And it can be eaten cooked or raw.
Step six:
Replace meat with organic, free range, wild caught and grass fed.
Most of the meat and fish in America is fed a GMO diet that is full of pesticides. And farmed in unhealthy conditions like growth hormones and copious amounts of anti-biotics. To be truly healthy, your food must be healthy as well. So try to replace as much as you can with wild caught fish and seafood, grass fed or kosher beef, free range or kosher chicken and products from the same.
You are what you eat.
