The Ultimate Guide to Purification and getting your Energy back!
The purification system that I use takes just 3 weeks to boost the elimination of natural toxins from your body. As these toxins leave, people report feeling lighter and more energetic along with experiencing better sleep and weight loss!
This self-directed purification can be accomplished over time with step-by-step instructions that will be outlined here in the Purification Corner every month!
Step 43: Add flax seeds. Flax seeds are very nutritious, but need to be ground up before using them. And if you add them to a smoothie, you will want to add some extra liquid. The recommended amount is only 1-3 tablespoons and this amount will provide:
- Fiber 8g
- Omega-3 (ALA) 6,338 mg
- Protein 6g
- Vitamin B1 31% RDA
- Manganese 35% RDA
- Magnesium 30% RDA
- Phosphorus 19% RDA
- Selenium 10% RDA
- Also, flaxseeds contain a good amount of vitamin B6, Iron, potassium, copper and zinc.
Step 44: Add buckwheat. Buckwheat is NOT a grain, and therefore does not contain gluten, but it does make a good substitute for wheat in recipes. (SEE Below) One cup of buckwheat contains:
- 155 calories
- 6 grams of protein
- 1 gram of fat
- 33 grams of carbohydrates
- 5 grams fiber
- Only 1.5 grams of sugar
- 86 milligrams manganese (34%)
- 86 milligrams magnesium (21%)
- 118 milligrams phosphorus (12%)
- Also, small amounts of niacin, zinc, iron, vit B6, folate and B5.
