Watermelon, honeydew, cantelope, and other melons. Watermelon has more lycopene per ounce than tomatoes, which is good for your heart. Cantelope is a rich source of vitamin C as well as vitamin A (a full day’s supply). Honeydew is rich in vitamin C as well as copper and potassium.
