October 9 th , Tuesday 6 p.m. Learn what the skin needs to healthy, bright and
clear.
October 16 t h , Tuesday 6 p.m. Replace some of your toiletries with effective (and often less
expensive) natural alternatives.
October 23 r d , Tuesday at 6 p.m. This last installment will help with healthy hair and nails.
